Irrigation & Plants for the North County

Irrigation of landscapes accounts for up to 80% of summer water usage.  This is why the issue of landscape renovations has become such an important aspect of water conservation and efficiency here in California.  Designing landscapes around the appropriate vegitation for the area as well as closely monitoring the watering of these landscapes is so important for the future of our water resources.

Renovating a water thirsty landscape into a water sustainable landscape is single-handedly one of the best things anyone could do to save water resources.  Monitoring irrigation closely is also very helpful as so much water used to irrigate is inefficiently used.

Remember to perform yearly maintenance inspections on your irrigation system. Overtime, parts and pieces will degrade due to wear and exposure.
