Templeton Recreation will offer a Pilates and Upper Body Workout Class by Instructor, Dr. Joyce Woodworth, D.C.
Class Location & Information: Templeton Community Center/Women's Club located at 601 South Main Street. The class is geared for beginning students. Tone-up and restore your proper posture. The class is a blend of Pilates core work with shoulder girdle stability and strengthening exercises. All ages are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Registration is ongoing. Cost is $8 per class and the first class is free.

Whether you are a Weekend Sports Warrior or someone just getting back into the exercise world, this class will help you further improve your performance. Laura Willard, P.T., a certified Felderkrais practitioner, will teach you how to use a unique form of exercise to use your body to its best potential.
