The Templeton Community Services District (TCSD or the District) is requesting proposal responses from highly qualified and independent Certified Public Accounting firms (herein “auditor”) to audit and report on the financial position and internal controls of the District and issue opinions on the District’s financial statements for three (3) years beginning with fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, with the option of extending the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods, at the District’s sole discretion.
